We specialise in Major & Complex Loss, and High Net Worth claims, and rely on the ‘strength in depth’ of our network of contractors, Surveyors, specialists, and experts, to cover every potential eventuality. Our agility and dynamism are the key to managing these types of losses.
Another key focus is to ensure the Policyholder or Customer ‘on the ground’ is kept informed and involved in the process, as their appetite dictates, in order to ensure satisfaction of service and a smoother process throughout, and also to minimise the instructing client’s handling requirements.
We take complete ownership of the case from cradle to grave and understand that there are sometimes multiple stakeholders who all need to be kept informed of ongoing developments.
